We may not be able to accommodate your request if the bus is fully booked. We highly recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
The shuttle bus is exclusively for visitors entering the Bio Park or PAW. Those who do not intend to visit these facilities are not permitted to use the bus.
Priority for the shuttle bus is given to individual customers.
As the bus is operated by a single driver, we are unable to accommodate passengers who have difficulty walking or getting on and off the bus without the assistance of an accompanying caregiver.
During busy seasons, a different bus from the one shown in the photo may be operated.
